What is your turn around time?

My current turnaround time is typically 10 business days before shipping. This may vary during busy seasons.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! If you need your item sooner, please reach out before ordering to confirm availability. In some cases, you can even make an appointment and have your item embroidered on the spot.

Do you offer fully custom designs or logos?

Yes, I do offer custom embroidery beyond names/monograms. Please contact ne before ordering so we can discuss your design and pricing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end.

Can I bring my own item to be embroidered?

Yes! I do accept customer-provided items for embroidery. However, all items must be approved prior to accepting the order to ensure they are suitable for my machines and will produce the best results.

I also require that items be replaceable, as I cannot guarantee outcomes on materials not sourced directly through my shop. While I take great care with every piece, I am not responsible for damage to customer-provided items.
